What should I do if my withdrawal isn't successful?

When you initiate a withdrawal on our platform and it doesn't arrive, it may be due to various reasons, such as the withdrawal being in progress, the withdrawal being canceled, or the funds being sent to the wrong address. The specific situations are as follows:

  • Awaiting Withdrawal

    • When you request a withdrawal on the platform, it goes through four stages: Withdrawal Request > Pending > Processing > Transferred Out.

    • If your withdrawal is still in the "Withdrawal Request," "Pending," or "Processing" stages, it means the withdrawal hasn't yet been completed, and you should be patient.

  • Withdrawal Canceled
    If your withdrawal status is "Withdrawal Request" or "Pending," you can actively cancel the withdrawal within one minute. The platform will reverse the withdrawal operation, and the funds will be returned to your account.

  • Withdrawn to the Wrong Address with Confirmed Block

    • If you used the wrong receiving address during the withdrawal, and the block has been confirmed, it indicates that your withdrawal has been successfully sent.

    • Due to the irreversibility and anonymity of blockchain transactions, we can't reverse it, and we can't determine the source of the address. You'll need to contact the platform that provided the address or the person who gave you the address for assistance.
      Note: when withdrawing, please ensure that the withdrawal address, network, and amount are correct to avoid similar issues in the future.

  • Transferred Out, with Block Confirmation

    • When your withdrawal status shows "Transferred Out" and there's a record of the block confirming the transaction to that address, it means the withdrawal has been completed on our platform, and the assets have been sent out. Transactions that have been sent to the blockchain are irreversible and can't be retracted.

      Please contact the recipient promptly to confirm the status of the assets:

      • If the recipient is a wallet, please contact the relevant wallet support for assistance.

      • If the recipient is another trading platform, please reach out to their customer support for help.
