OKX Australia - New User Bonus Program

Terms & Conditions:

1. Introduction: The New User Bonus Program ("Campaign") is a promotional event conducted by OKX Australia Pty Ltd ("OKX", "we", "us") to reward participants with Bitcoin (BTC) for completing specific tasks. These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Campaign and the distribution of rewards.

2. Campaign Period: This Campaign will commence on 1 October 2024 13:00 AEST and will continue until such time as OKX, in its sole discretion, decides to terminate the promotion ("Campaign Period").

3. How to participate

   1. For new OKX users who create an account during the Campaign Period, they must complete the following within 14 days after account creation:

      1. For users who sign up before 16 November 2024 12:00 AM AEDT:

         1. Complete KYC identity verification to receive 10 AUD worth of BTC.

         2. Make a first-time trade of 100 AUD or more in a single transaction to receive 10 AUD worth of BTC.

      2. For users who sign up on or after 16 November 2024 12:00 AM AEDT:

         1. Complete KYC identity verification.

         2. Make a first-time trade of 20 AUD or more in a single transaction to receive 20 AUD worth of BTC.

   2. Participants must complete these tasks during the Campaign Period to be eligible for the corresponding reward(s). A maximum of $20 AUD worth of BTC can be earned for completing both tasks.

   3. Eligible trades

      1. Trades made that count towards other rewards or bonuses, or relate to other Campaigns, will not be counted towards this Campaign.

4. Reward calculation and distribution: The calculation of the reward(s) will be based on the BTC/AUD exchange rate on the day of distribution, as determined by the OKX platform on the distribution date. The distribution of the reward(s) will occur within 5 business days following the successful completion of each task. OKX reserves the right to delay the distribution of rewards due to unforeseen technical or operational issues.

5. User eligibility

   1. This Campaign is open to new users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd that successfully open an account during the Campaign Period. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.

   2. Users must complete KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Campaign. Check your status here.

   3. Employees of OKX, its affiliates, and any agencies associated with the Campaign, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate.

General Terms

1. Users who participate in this Campaign acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.

2. These Terms & Conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

3. We reserve the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. In the event of termination or material amendments that are adverse to users, we will provide 3 business days’ notice by sending an email to eligible users and removing the Campaign details from our webpage. During this notice period, participants may continue to complete tasks and will remain eligible for rewards as per the terms in place at the time of task completion. Any tasks completed before or during the notice period will remain eligible for reward(s) under the terms applicable at the time.

4. This Campaign is not intended as a recommendation to deal in any products, or investment advice.

5. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

6. During the campaign period, OKX will monitor the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes, etc. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward. Any such disqualification will be communicated to the user unless doing so is prohibited by law or, in OKX's reasonable belief, will violate the law or compromise an ongoing investigation.

7. Risk warning: Digital asset prices are subject to high market risk and price volatility. The value of your investment may fluctuate and you may lose the amount invested. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and OKX is not liable for any losses that may arise. Past performance also does not constitute a reliable predictor of future performance. You should only invest in products that you are familiar with and understand the risks involved. 8. The value of digital assets, including but not limited to stablecoins, can and do fluctuate greatly from time to time. The value of any reward under this campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.

9. OKX reserves the right of final interpretation of the Terms & Conditions of this campaign, provided such interpretation is reasonable.

10. OKX is not responsible for technical, graphic, typographical or editorial errors or omissions.
