OKX will list Ordinals (ORDI) for spot trading

OKX is pleased to announce the listing of Ordinals (ORDI) on our spot trading markets. Please take note of the following schedule:

  1. ORDI deposits will open at 07:00 am UTC on May 20, 2023.
  2. Spot trading: Once the ORDI token deposit meets our requirements, OKX will list ORDI/USDT spot trading.


The total amount of bitcoins is 21 million, and one can be subdivided into 100 million satoshi (satoshi is sat, the smallest unit of bitcoin), and there are 2100 trillion satoshi in total.Here we must first understand the inscription, which is created by writing content to satoshi using the Ordinals protocol. The inscription does not need to use a separate token, side chain or change Bitcoin. What the Ordinals protocol does is to write information to each Satoshi, such as text, pictures, audio and video, etc. Due to the size limit of the Bitcoin block, the main information for inscribing is mainly text and pictures, in the form of NFT and token.
