What's Crypto gift?

Crypto gift allows you to effortlessly send digital currency to your friends, and it's only available via our app platform. Whether you prefer to create random token amounts for an element of surprise or fixed token amounts for precision, you can easily distribute these gifts to multiple friends at once. How do I send a Crypto gift?

1. Once on the app, select Menu to enter the functions menu, before selecting Crypto gift
   Note: app version must be at least version 6 onwards.

   

   Select Crypto gift to start rewarding your network

2. Select Send gift when you're on the main page of it to proceed to the next page. In addition to that, you can learn more about the features if you select Learn more about crypto gifts
   Note: you need to complete your identity verification to use the Crypto gift. Visit here to learn more on how you can complete it.

   

   Proceed to the detail page by selecting Send gift

3. On the ensuing page, you can select the gift cover of your Crypto gift and then select Next
   Note:

   • to create a gift, you must complete your identity and security verifications. If these verifications aren't yet completed, you'll be prompted to do so. Please follow the provided instructions that appear on the screen to complete the necessary verifications before proceeding with the gift creation.

   • each gift can include up to 500 recipients.

   

   Select your preferred cover for the gift

4. Fill in the digital currency and amount you want to send

   

   Determine the crypto and amount

5. Add the message that you wish for the recipient

   

   Insert the message to the recipient

6. Select the recipient from your contact list
   Note: select the recipient from your contact list to receive the gift, or you can create the gift link and send it to them as a gift.

   

   Search for your recipient to ease the process

7. Once the gift is configured, you can send it directly to your recipient by selecting the Confirm and send option. They'll receive an SMS and a system notification updating them on the gift

How do I receive a crypto gift?

1. Once on the app, select Menu to enter the functions menu, before selecting Crypto gift
   Note: the app version must be at least version 6 onwards.

2. There are two ways for a recipient to redeem their gifts:

   • If a user sends you a gift link, you can open the link to receive the gift.

   • If a user sends you a gift code, head to the Product Page > Gifts, select the “+” symbol and then select Open gifts. After that, enter the code to open the gift.

Terms and Conditions

• Both sending and receiving gifts require identity verification.

• Gifts are valid for 7 days. If not redeemed within 7 days, the gifts will be returned to the sender's account.

• When sending a gift, the value of the gift cannot exceed the sender's daily withdrawal limit.

• When receiving a gift, the value of the gift cannot exceed the recipient's daily holding limit.
