BTC & ETC Perpetual Swap Suspension For Temporary System Maintenance

For the purpose of better service quality and trading experience, OKX is undergoing system maintenance from 08:10 to 09:10 on July 2, 2020 (UTC).
During maintenance, BTCUSD, BTCUSDT, ETCUSD and ETCUSDT Perpetual Swap Trading will be suspended from 08:10-09:10 (UTC). Features of market quote, order placement, order cancellations, order amendments, margin addition and transfer could be affected. The system maintenance will impact users of website, APP, the desktop client and API access.
All perpetual swap trading will be suspended from 08:20-08:30 on July 2, 2020 (UTC) and will be affected accordingly.
Your account balances will not be impacted and your assets security will not be compromised with the system maintenance.
Please take necessary measures before the downtime, such as adding margin, lowering the leverage, or even closing the positions to avoid potential risks like forced-liquidations caused by market volatility.
During the service upgrade, it may have a short-term impact on Websocket connections of perpetual swap contracts of other underlyings. At that time, please pay attention to control the position risks.
