Welcome reward campaign

1. The promotion starts at August 26, 2024 (15:00 UTC+8) and ends at August 31, 2024 (23:54 UTC+8) (the "Promotion Period").
2. The first 250 new OKX customers to complete a P2P trade during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win 8 USDT welcome gift on or before August 31, 2024 (23:54 UTC+8) (“Gift”).
3. Only trades made in LAK, KHR, MMK currencies are eligible for this campaign.
4. Customers must pass or have previously passed OKX’s advanced identity verification.
5. This promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis, and a maximum of 250 eligible participants will each receive the reward.
6. Rewards are subject to availability. Participants and referees who meet the requirements are eligible for the reward until the prize pool is exhausted.
7. This campaign is exclusively eligible for Takers ("Taker") A Taker is a user who buys crypto using existing advertisements. Rewards are given to traders who fulfill the following criteria:

10. In order to exclude malicious behavior or abuse of the terms by participants, OKX team has the right to request additional supporting materials from the participants as proof of their P2P transactions.
11. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the end of the campaign. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
12. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
13. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
14. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner’s OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
15. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
16. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
17. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.

OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
