  3. Input the deposit amount on your banking app and confirm the transfer

Note:

  • Ensure the transfer is made from your own bank account, and that the name on your OKX account matches the name on your bank account. Deposits from third-party accounts will be rejected.

  • Use a PayNow-supported banking app or PayLah! Wallet for deposits. Transfers from GrabPay, Wise, and LifeSG are not supported.

  • The QR code's unique bill reference number is linked exclusively to your OKX account. Funds deposited with this reference will be credited to your SGD balance after passing deposit eligibility checks (e.g., KYC, transaction limits).

  • Rejected deposits will be refunded to the original sender within 1 business day.

  • PayNow transfers are instant and available 24/7 with no processing fees within Singapore.

  • In case of system or banking provider downtime, deposits may be delayed.
