Activity Participation Requirements

Subsidy Eligibility Requirements

Campaign Period: 06-01-2024 8am (UTC-3) to 06-30-2024 6pm (UTC-3)
To be eligible for the subsidy, users must buy BTC via simple buy mode on OKX for the first time during the campaign period.
The maximum subsidy per user is 10 USDT.
If the closing price of the BTC/USDT spot trading pair at 06:01 pm on May 31st, 2024 (UTC-3 time) on the event end day, is lower than the user’s first order to buy BTC; and from the time of purchase to the end of the event, the user always holds the number of BTC purchased for this order, then the loss (denominated in USDT) caused by the drop in BTC price for this order will be subsidized by OKX, with the maximum limit per person of 10 USDT.
The formula for calculating the subsidy amount = (average transaction price of the first BTC order - BTC closing price at the end of the event) / average transaction price of the first BTC order * BTC transaction amount (USDT).
If the subsidy amount is less than or equal to 10 USDT, the subsidy will be based on the actual calculated USDT amount. If the subsidy amount is greater than 10 USDT, the user can receive a maximum subsidy of 10 USDT. If the user has no losses, there will be no subsidy.
Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaing offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.

Reward Distribution Method

Reward distribution time: Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the end of the campaign. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards in the event of delays caused by large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
The reward is in USDT and available while stocks last in a first come, first serve model.

If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behaviour in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
OKX reserves the right to interpret, decide, modify, or change the terms and conditions, its rules and other particulars of this activity at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending the activity, eligibility qualification, terms and conditions, winner criterion, quantity of rewards, and the timing of any activities. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms and conditions.
The final interpretation of the activity shall be exclusively vested on OKX.
