XRP and BCH Futures Trading System Maintenance

Dear valued customers,

To ensure the highest security and performance levels for our services, we’re applying an update on our XRP and BCH futures trading system.

Maintenance schedule and affected service:

• 5am-5:30am August 15, 2019 (CEST, UTC+2)
  • XRP futures trading suspension
• 5am-5:30am August 19, 2019 (CEST, UTC+2)
  • BCH futures trading suspension

The update will take approximately 30 minutes. During the maintenance procedure, XRP and BCH futures trading will be paused and order placement will be disabled temporarily. Users can still add margin and transfer funds in and out of their XRP and BCH futures account. The trading services of other futures contracts will remain normal.

Previously, we’ve already upgraded the TRX and BSV futures trading system. As we see a great improvement on the system performance, we’ll be applying the same upgrade to the remaining contracts.

We strongly recommend you to take necessary risk management measures to avoid any unexpected market volatility, such as reducing your positions and adding margin. The maintenance schedule may change if extreme market volatility occurs, please stay tuned to our website and social channels for latest updates.
