How do I make a deposit? (app)

1. There are 2 ways to make a deposit to your account:

   • Open your OKX app, select Deposit

   • Open your OKX app, go to Portfolio, and select Deposit

2. Select Deposit crypto and asset that you want to deposit, then select the Deposit network

3. Deposit details will then automatically generate

4. You can either select Copy to copy the deposit address to your withdrawal platform app or scan the QR code using your withdrawal platform app to make the deposit.

   

   Deposit details are generated and you can copy the address or scan the QR code.

5. You can select Share to share your deposit details with your friends and family

   

   Select share on the Deposit details page

Note:

• Make sure selected crypto and network on both OKX and your withdrawal platform are the same to ensure a successful deposit. Otherwise, you'll lose your assets.

• You can find the minimum amount, required confirmation numbers, and contract address on the Deposit page

• You won't receive your assets if you deposited the crypto amount less than the minimum amount.

• Some crypto (e.g. XRP) generates a tag/memo, usually a string of numbers. You need to enter the deposit address and tag/memo when depositing. Otherwise, you'll lose your assets. Click here to learn more about how to deposit crypto with a tag/memo.
