A system upgrade will be performed from 21:41 Sep 5, 2018 (HKT) and is expected to last for 30 minutes. During the upgrade, all futures trading and related operations, including web & API ordering and margin adding, will be unavailable.

Dear valued customers,

To provide you a better futures trading experience, we will upgrade our database from 20:00 to 20:30 Sep 5, 2018 (HKT). The upgrade is expected to last for approximately an hour, but it may be shortened or extended depending on circumstances. We will make separate official announcements when the upgrade starts and ends.

During the upgrade, you will NOT be able to perform any futures-related operations and trading, including placing orders, increasing position margin via website or API. Please make preparations such as increasing the position margin or closing positions in advance to avoid loss due to market volatility during the downtime.

Meanwhile, C2C and token trading will not be affected by the upgrade and will operate as usual. If you encounter any problem, please feel free to contact our customer service at Support Center or submit a ticket.

We are planning to perform a total of 4 futures database and service upgrades, which will significantly improve the system's performance, including the API trading efficiency, providing an exceptional trading experience to you.

At the same time, after completing the initial stage of technical upgrade, we will also lower the transaction fees for futures and token trading to lower the trading cost and increase the overall liquidity. You may see below for the updated fee schedule , which will be effective on 00:00 Sep 7, 2018 (HKT).
