BSVUSD & BCHUSD Perpetual Swap System Upgrade

Dear valued customers,

Please be informed that we will implement an upgrade on our BSVUSD & BCHUSD perpetual swap trading systems at 07:00 Dec 30, 2019 (UTC).

The upgrade will take approximately 1 hour. During the upgrade, BSVUSD & BCHUSD perpetual swap trading will be paused and users will not be able to place orders, add margin, or transfer funds in and out of their BSVUSD & BCHUSD perpetual swap accounts temporarily. The trading services of other perpetual swap contracts will remain normal.

We strongly recommend you take necessary risk management measures to avoid any unexpected market volatility, such as reducing your positions and adding margin.

In case of unexpected market volatility, the upgrade may be postponed for the best interest of our users. Please stay tuned to our website and social media for the latest updates.
