Each user needs to lock up 100 CAT (https://fractal.unisat.io/explorer/cat20/45ee725c2c5993b3e4d308842d87e973bf1951f5f7a804b21e4dd964ecd12d6b_0) tokens into a special covenant for 3 months to get one locked-up cat NFT immediately.

After the locking period, users can withdraw back their CAT tokens to the original wallet addresses.
