Singapore Referral Program - Terms and Conditions

Join the program:

Log in to your account at my.okx.com and go to More > Referral or access the Referral Page via the OKX app. Encourage your friends to create an OKX Singapore (OKX SG) with your referral code, and you will be eligible to receive a personalized reward when your friends complete a set of simple tasks:

• Sign up via your unique referral link

• Complete identity verification

• Complete a deposit task: when your friend makes a single deposit worth more than 200 SGD within 14 days after signup

*Additionally, your friends will also be enrolled in our New User Bonus Program.

Note: each referrer can earn a maximum of 5 referral rewards per referral campaign cycle. Once this limit is reached, no additional rewards will be granted for the current campaign cycle.

Personalized Referral Rewards

The referral reward you get may vary during each referral promotion period. Log in to your own account and go to the referral page to check out the reward you are eligible for.

Terms and Conditions:

• The program is tailored for users under OKX Singapore (OKX SG Pte. Ltd. or OKX SG) . Both referrers and referees have to be under OKX SG to be eligible.

• Rewards will be automatically credited to the referrer's account once the referee completes their identity verification and makes their first trade.

• Track your rewards and earnings on Referral > Invited Friends page on the OKX app.

• Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate in this program, receive rewards or be invited as referees.

• Please note that rewards value may fluctuate and may not be equal when withdrawn due to market changes. The price of digital assets, including stablecoins, are subject to fluctuation. Due to such price fluctuations, your assets value may increase or decrease at any moment.

• We reserve the right to review and control situations involving fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to fake registrations or identify verification.

• Rewards and their requirements are subject to change based on ongoing experiments and the maximum reward amounts do not guarantee eligibility or entitlement to rewards.

• We will closely track the behavior of participants to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX SG, OKX SG reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the reward.

• We may delay the distribution of Rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances. If you haven't received the Rewards within 48 hours after you complete the task, please contact customer service at support@okx.com, and we'll actively follow up on the situation.

• We have the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or our terms of service.

• We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
