How do I deposit USD with a domestic wire transfer?
You can complete a USD deposit from your bank account to your OKX account using a wire transfer. This payment method is currently only offered to our U.S. users residing in eligible states for cash deposit services.
To initiate a transfer, you'll need to access your bank account and provide your unique OKX account details.
How do I make a cash deposit?
On the web
Log in to your account on okx.com, go to Assets, and select Deposit
Select United States Dollar to initiate a cash deposit
Select a deposit method and Next to check the required details for your transfer, then select Next
After checking the deposit instructions and copying/pasting the required info into your online banking system, select Done and you can proceed to initiate a deposit with your bank
Confirm the deposit transaction from your bank account
On the app
Open your OKX app, select Deposit then Deposit USD
Select the deposit method you prefer and Next to check the required details for your transfer, then select Next
Review our instructions and initiate a deposit using your online banking system. Make sure you include the Reference ID when sending funds. You can add it in fields such as Notes/Remarks/Special Instructions.

5. Why did my wire deposit fail after I was able to send it from my bank successfully?
Please make sure that you've included all the required information in your sending bank's instructions from the deposit instructions we provide, especially the Reference ID (which can be added in the Notes/Remarks/Special Instructions field). This will ensure we can locate the correct account to credit your funds. If you don't enter this information, we may reject the wire and return it to the sending bank. Note that this will incur an additional charge on your end.
