Enrolment eligibility

• You must click the "Join now" button and and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
• This campaign is only available for affiliate invitees. Affiliate invitees are users who have registered using the affiliate's registration link or entered the affiliate's invitation code when registering.
• Participation in this activity is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
• According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) are not eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Use

Asset qualification and trading volume criteria

• Asset qualification criteria: At the start of the competition, if the user's trading account USDT equity is greater than or equal to 100 USDT, the asset requirement condition is met, and will be used to calculate the dynamic total prize pool amount.
• Trading volume criteria: The user's USDT Perpetual contract trading volume must be greater than or equal to 50,000 USDT during the competition period, and will be used to calculate individual P&L and team P&L. If the trading volume does not meet the criteria, the score will be invalid and will be excluded from the leaderboard.
• Competition should have at least 10 qualified participants join or it will be forfeited.

Participating Contracts

• All USDT Perpetual Contracts
• Only USDT contract trading pairs are eligible to participate in this trading competition. The trading volume of qualified contracts is calculated based on the trading volume strictly generated from qualified users’ own funds, excluding the use of platform rewards, such as rebate cards, contract experience coupons, etc.

P&L calculation formula

• P&L% = P&L / (Initial Equity + Total Deposit Amount) * 100%
• P&L = [unrealised P&L + realised P&L - initial unrealised P&L]
• "Initial Equity" means the USDT balance in a participant's main trading account during the first five (5) minutes of the competition period or enrolment time, whichever later. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the PnL Period will not affect the calculation of Initial Equity.
• "Total Deposit Amount" means the sum of (a) any USDT transferred from the participant's non-trading OKX accounts to their main OKX trading account during the Competition Period, (b) any USDT the participant obtains from spot trades in their main trading account during the Competition Period; AND (c) any USDT the participant obtains from contract vouchers during the Competition Period. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the Competition Period will not affect the calculation of the Total Deposit Amount.
• Before the participant achieves the asset qualification criteria, the P&L% will be calculated by using the asset qualification threshold instead of the participant's (initial equity + total deposit amount). After the participant achieves the asset qualification criteria, the P&L% will be calculated by (initial equity + total deposit amount).
• "Initial unrealised P&L" means the value of the participant's open USDT perpetual swap positions at the beginning of the Competition Period.

1. The calculation of the prize amount will be based on the participant's final rank at the end of the campaign.
2. Profit rate rewards: Accounts for 50% of the total prize pool, which will be divided among the top 10 individual profit rate participants.
3. Profit amount rewards: Accounts for 50% of the total prize pool, which will be divided among the top 10 individual profit amount participants.
4. Detailed information of the winning prizes are specified below:

P&L%:

• Rank 1 - 1 reward: 40% share of the P&L% prize pool
• Rank 2 - 1 reward: 20% share of the P&L% prize pool
• Rank 3 - 1 reward: 12% share of the P&L% prize pool
• Rank 4 - 10 1 reward: 4% EACH share of the P&L% prize pool

Profit amount:

• Rank 1 - 1 reward: 40% share of the profit amount prize pool
• Rank 2 - 1 reward: 20% share of the profit amount prize pool
• Rank 3 - 1 reward: 12% share of the profit amount prize pool
• Rank 4 - 10 1 reward: 4% EACH share of the profit amount prize pool

1. The maximum prize pool for the trading activity is 30,000 USDT, to be distributed according to the final leaderboard ranking.
2. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the end of the activity. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards in the event of delays caused by large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
3. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
4. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
5. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value.
6. In the event where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, or in any event where OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted, OKX has the discretion to convert such campaign rewards into platform vouchers of equivalent value, or USDT equivalent to half the value.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.

3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.

All applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the campaign prize recipient.
6. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
7. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
8. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
9. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
