How to win

• Your referee should make the transaction within 14 days of signing up
  E.g. Let's say your referee registered through your link or code on April 29, 09:59 UTC. They'll then need to buy a minimum of 50 USDT on our P2P marketplace before May 13, 2024 09:59 UTC.

Reward distribution

Terms and Conditions

1. This campaign shall commence on April 1, 2024, 10:00 UTC and end on April 29, 2024, 09:59 UTC (28 days).
2. This campaign is applicable to all P2P traders (Merchants and lite users) who trade UAH, BYN, KZT, AMD, GEL, TJS, KGS, MDL on OKX P2P and have completed identity verification in one of these countries: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajilistan, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova.
3. Referees must have completed identity verification.
4. The local currencies eligible for this campaign are UAH, BYN, KZT, AMD, GEL, TJS, KGS and MDL.
5. Participants must register by clicking the Join button on the campaign landing page. Once a user has successfully joined the campaign, the button will be changed to Joined.
6. Rewards are subject to availability. Participants and referees who meet the requirements are eligible for the reward until the prize pool is exhausted.
7. Rewards are given in order of when qualified referees deposit into OKX P2P.
8. A qualified referee is a new OKX user who completes the following:

• Signs up using a referrer's referral link or code within the campaign period;
• Completes identity verification within 7 days after signup;
• Buys a minimum of 50 USDT within 14 days after registration in one transaction on the OKX P2P marketplace (P2P sharing orders completed through private ads not being counted).

9. In order to exclude malicious behavior or abuse of the terms by participants, OKX team has the right to request additional supporting materials from the participants as proof of their P2P transactions.
10. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the end of the campaign. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
11. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
12. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
13. If any participant is found or deemed to be ineligible, prohibited or disqualified for this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or to recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner’s OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.
14. Each OKX account is eligible to click Join on the landing page only once during the promo period. Each OKX account can share his referral link with an unlimited number of new users.
15. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
16. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
17. OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and Reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
