1. Users who are part of the allowlist can mint during their respective stages and the subsequent ones (i.e. OGs can mint during WL and Public as well)

2. NFT は、アクティビティ期間中、またはアクティビティ Web ページで規定されている手順完了時のアクティビティ期間終了後を含め、オーガナイザーが決定するその他の時点で、ユーザーのウォレットアドレスにミント、分配/エアドロップ（該当する場合）されるものとします。
3. OKX ウォレットおよびオーガナイザーそれぞれが、任意のユーザーまたはウォレットアドレスを本アクティビティから除外する権利を有します。
4. 前述の権利に影響を及ぼすことなく、OKX ウォレットおよびオーガナイザーはそれぞれ、マネーロンダリング、ウォッシュトレード、またはその他の違法、詐欺的、または有害な行為を含むがこれに限定されない不正行為または侮辱的行為に関与していると合理的に疑われるユーザーまたはウォレットアドレスからの NFT を保留して、本アクティビティに参加する資格を取り消す権利を有します。当該行為に関与していると合理的に疑われるユーザーやウォレットアドレスは、OKX ウォレットの Web サイトやプラットフォームで今後実施されるキャンペーンへの参加を禁止される場合があります。
5. ユーザーは、アクティビティに参加することにより、OKX Web3エコシステム利用規約および OKX Web3エコシステム個人情報保護方針に従うことに同意するものとします。
6. OKX ウォレットおよびオーガナイザーは、本アクティビティやアクティビティ規約を、理由のいかんを問わず、事前の通知なくいつでも解釈、変更、一時停止、中止、または終了する権利を有します。本規約に矛盾が生じた場合は、OKX ウォレットが最終的な決定および解釈に関する単独裁量権を有します。
7. 本利用規約に複数の言語バージョンが存在し、矛盾が生じた場合は、英語版が優先されるものとします。
8. OKX ウォレットは、本アクティビティまたは本利用規約の技術上、画像上、印刷上、編集上、またはその他の誤りや脱落に対する一切の責任および義務を明示的に否認します。
