New User Bonus program - Terms and Conditions

After registering with us, you'll be eligible to receive the New User Bonus in the Reward center.

• You will get a reward when you complete a single trade of more than or equivalent to 100 EUR. The amount of the reward may vary for the new user bonus programme. Please refer to your Reward center after your sign-up for the exact reward amount.

• Only trading under advanced mode orderbook trade, express buy/sell with EUR and convert are counted as eligible trades.

Terms & Conditions:

• This is a limited time offer available from April 24 2024 7:00 UTC. Only new users who register from this date onwards and complete an eligible trade within 14 calendar days of their new user account registration will be entitled to claim the reward.

• The rewards must be claimed within 30 days from receipt otherwise it'll expire.

• You can view your rewards earned on Reward center > New user bonus on our website and app.

• Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate in this program, or receive any rewards.

• Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

• If there's any fraudulent behavior, such as fraudulent registration, buying or selling, or forging identity verification information, we'll strictly review and control the situation, and reserve the right to cancel the participation eligibility and award rights of the related users.

• We may delay the distribution of Rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances. If you haven't received the Rewards within 48 hours after you complete the task, please contact customer service, and we'll actively follow up on the situation.

• We have the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or our team's terms of service.

• We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
