Enrolment eligibility

• Users must click the "Join now" button and and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
• By clicking "Join now", you consent to have your Profit and Loss Percentage (PNL%) publicly displayed on our leaderboard in perpetuity. This display may include your OKX UID, PNL%, email address, and rank compared to other users. Your PNL% will be displayed in a manner that does not disclose any other personal or sensitive information. If you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, please contact our support team.

• This campaign is only available for affiliate invitees. Affiliate invitees are users who have registered using the affiliate's registration link or entered the affiliate's invitation code when registering.
• Users must complete KYC identity verification to be eligible to receive rewards under this Competition.
• Participation in this Competition is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

Asset qualification and trading volume criteria

• Asset qualification criteria: the participant's main trading account balance must reach at least 1000 USDT at any point in time during the Competition Period (the period of time from the participant meeting this asset qualification criteria to the end of the Competition Period being the "PnL Period")
• Trading volume criteria: The participant's USDT perpetual contract trading volume must be at least 100,000 USDT during the PnL Period, and will be used to calculate individual P&L and team P&L. If the trading volume does not meet the criteria, the score will be invalid and will be excluded from the leaderboard.
• This Competition is valid only if at least 10 qualified users participate. Otherwise, this Competition shall be automatically cancelled with no liability on OKX's part.

Valid Contracts

• Only USDT perpetual swap trading pairs are eligible for this Trading Competition ("Eligible Contracts"). Trading volume from Eligible Contracts is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from eligible user’s own funds, excluding the use of platform rewards such as rebate card, contract voucher etc.

P&L calculation formula

• P&L% = P&L / (Initial Equity + Total Deposit Amount) * 100%
• P&L = [unrealised P&L + realised P&L - initial unrealised P&L]
• "Initial Equity" means the USDT balance in a participant's main trading account during the first five (5) minutes of the competition period or enrolment time, whichever later. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the PnL Period will not affect the calculation of Initial Equity.
• "Total Deposit Amount" means the sum of (a) any USDT transferred from the participant's non-trading OKX accounts to their main OKX trading account during the Competition Period, (b) any USDT the participant obtains from spot trades in their main trading account during the Competition Period; AND (c) any USDT the participant obtains from contract vouchers during the Competition Period. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the Competition Period will not affect the calculation of the Total Deposit Amount.
• Before the participant achieves the asset qualification criteria, the P&L% will be calculated by using the asset qualification threshold instead of the participant's (initial equity + total deposit amount). After the participant achieves the asset qualification criteria, the P&L% will be calculated by (initial equity + total deposit amount).
• "Initial unrealised P&L" means the value of the participant's open USDT perpetual swap positions at the beginning of the Competition Period.

1. The calculation of the reward amount will be based on the participant's final rank at the end of this Competition.
2. There is a prize pool of up to 20,000 USDT for this Competition, to be distributed according to the final leaderboard ranking.
3. P&L rewards: Accounts for 50% of the total prize pool, which will be divided among the top 6 individual P&L participants.
4. P&L% rewards: Accounts for 50% of the total prize pool, which will be divided among the top 6 individual P&L% participants.
5. Detailed information of the winning prizes are specified below:

Profit rate:

• Rank 1 - 1 reward: 40% share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 2 - 1 reward: 30% share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 3 - 1 reward: 20% share of the profit rate prize pool

• Rank 4~6 - 3 reward : 10% share of the profit rate prize pool

Profit : 

• Rank 1 - 1 reward: 40 % share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 2 - 1 reward: 30 % share of the profit rate prize pool
• Rank 3 - 1 reward: 20 % share of the profit rate prize pool

• Rank 4~6 - 3 reward : 10% share of the profit rate prize pool

6. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of the end of this Competition. OKX has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards in its sole discretion.
7. Without prejudice to the foregoing, OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
2. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
4. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
5. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
6. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
