• This event is exclusive to Affiliate Invitees. Affiliate Invitees are users who have completed registration via the affiliate registration link or entered the affiliate invitation code when registering.
• Participation in this activity is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

Asset qualification and trading volume criteria

• The trading competition prize pool is unlocked based on the total USDT perpetual trading volume of all eligible participants during the activity period.
• Asset qualification criteria: the participant's main trading account balance must reach at least 100 USDT at any point in time during the Competition Period (the period of time from the participant meeting this asset qualification criteria to the end of the Competition Period being the "P&L Period").
• Trading volume criteria: The user's bot trading volume must be greater than or equal to 15,000 USDT during the competition period, and will be used to calculate individual P&L and individual trading volume.
• Users who have not met the Asset Qualification and Trading volume criteria during the competition period will be removed from the leaderboard after the competition has ended.
• Competition should have at least 10 qualified participants join or it will be forfeited.

Prize eligibility requirements

• Refer to the requirements above, and complete the corresponding task to get the corresponding reward.
• Eligible deposits include the following: Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, Credit card, or P2P transactions by P2P Express or P2P Marketplace.
• Deposits by internal transfers and P2P transactions made by share link or qr code will be excluded.
• Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.
• Trading volume includes all bot trading volume in activity 1 and activity 2 during the activity period.
• In activity 1 and 2, all bots include the following bots: spot grid, futures grid, futures DCA, smart arbitrage, signal bot, spot DCA, recurring buy, iceberg, Time-weighted Average Price (TWAP), infinity grid, smart portfolio, dip sniper, peak sniper, and arbitrage. • Trades that generate no fees will not be counted as valid trades for this campaign.
• There are no restrictions on the amount of valid trades in terms of currency pairs and transaction types.
• At any one time, a single user can only participate in one new user activity that is limited to those who have not traded on the platform prior to registering for the activity. If user participates in multiple activities, only the last activity registered will be rewarded.
• All displayed data on the page is not real-time data and will have a certain delay. If the page is not updated, please wait for a period of time and return to refresh the page to view the data.
• The maximum prize pool for this campaign is 100,000 USDT. The rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last and until fully distributed.

Reward distribution method

• For activity 1, each task in this campaign is independent of one another. Rewards are calculated separately for each task and can be stacked. The rewards for each task will be distributed upon completion. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
• For activity 2, rewards will be issued within 30 days after the end of the campaign. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
• The reward consists of ETH, BTC, USDT and trading bonus, and is available while stocks last. The trading bonus has to be activated within 30 days, and is valid for 30 days after activation. For rules and more information, see here.
• OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.

1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.

3. Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
4. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
5. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
6. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.
