Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period: 12 September 2024 17:00 AEST - 11 October 2024 23:59 AEST (or when the Total Available Rewards are exhausted, whichever is earlier).
2. How to participate:
3. 1. Click the "Join now" button to join the campaign during the Campaign Period and receive a pop-up confirming eligibility.
   2. Users who participate in this campaign and complete the tasks above will receive up to ~8% of total trading volume (capped at 10,000) in BTC, according to the reward tiers below.

      4. Trade $500 total in either BTC or ETH
      5. 1. Get $25 in BTC
      6. Trade $1,000 total in either BTC or ETH

      8. Trade $5,000 total in either BTC or ETH
      9. 1. Get $250 in BTC
      10. Trade $10,000 total in either BTC or ETH
      11. 1. Get $500 in BTC (Note - this highest tier reward is available to the first 5 eligible participants only).
4. Reward calculation and distribution
5. 1. Total Available Rewards for this campaign are $20,000 AUD. The BTC value of rewards was calculated as at Monday 9 September.
   2. The calculation of the reward will be based on the user's final result at the end of the Campaign, or when the Total Available Rewards are exhausted, whichever is earlier.
   3. Each OKX account can only participate in one promotional campaign offered by OKX within the same time frame. If a qualified user enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward from the last campaign that they enrolled in. We recommend that users do not join multiple campaigns during the same period.
   4. Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of the end of the Campaign Period. OKX has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards at its discretion as required, with prior notice to users who are eligible for a reward.

7. 1. This Campaign is open to users of OKX Australia Pty Ltd. Users of other OKX entities are excluded. Sub-accounts are also excluded.
   2. This offer is only available for users who access it via the platform's homepage card, email, ads and/or push notification. Users who register through a shared or copied link will not be eligible.
   3. Users must complete KYC identity verification to participate and claim the rewards in this Campaign. Check your status here.

General Terms

1. Users who participate in this Campaign acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign.
2. These Terms & Conditions form part of the OKX Terms of Service - Australia. If you do not comply with the OKX Terms of Service - Australia at any time, you will not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
3. We reserve the right to terminate the Campaign at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of the Campaign at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to exclude any participants from the Campaign and/or cancel the Campaign without notice. If we do so, we will endeavour to do this in a reasonable manner to minimise prejudice to users.
4. Each user can only participate in one Campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple Campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
5. This Campaign is not intended as a recommendation to deal in any products, or investment advice.
6. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
7. During the campaign period, OKX will monitor the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes, etc. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
8. Risk warning: Digital asset prices are subject to high market risk and price volatility. The value of your investment may fluctuate and you may lose the amount invested. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and OKX is not liable for any losses that may arise. Past performance also does not constitute a reliable predictor of future performance. You should only invest in products that you are familiar with and understand the risks involved. You should consider your own investment experience, financial situation, investment objectives and risk appetite and consult an independent financial adviser before making any investment. This campaign and the terms and conditions should not be regarded as financial advice.
9. The value of digital assets, including but not limited to stablecoins, can and do fluctuate greatly from time to time. The value of any reward under this campaign at the time a participant qualifies for such reward may not be equal to the value of such reward at the time of distribution to the participant. Due to such fluctuations, users may experience a significant increase or decrease in the value of their assets at any given moment.
10. OKX reserves the right of final interpretation of the Terms & Conditions of this campaign.
