Wallet updates and token adjustments at OKX in EEA

We are updating our wallets for users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or incorporated in the EEA. This will change some of your deposit addresses as well as the tokens that our wallets can support. The impacted token list can be found below. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to provide you with a safe and reliable experience on our platform.

Updated Wallet Addresses:

  • New Wallet Addresses: Starting April 30th, we have deployed new wallet addresses. Please log into your account, navigate to the deposit section, and update your records with the new addresses.

  • Deposits to Old Addresses: Deposits made to old wallet addresses after this announcement will not automatically be credited to your account. Please use the new wallet addresses for all future transactions.

  • Need Help? If you accidentally send funds to an old address, contact our customer support team. We will do our best to assist you.

Discontinuation of Specific Tokens

We are notifying you that the tokens below will no longer be supported. Please contact customer support to withdraw these tokens from your OKX account:

Affected Tokens:

  • Monero (XMR)

  • Symbol (XYM)

  • Bifrost (BNC)

  • YOYOW (YOYO)

  • EncrypGen (DNA)


You will no longer be able to access or trade these tokens within your account. Your tokens will be locked and you will need to contact our customer support to retrieve your assets.
