Announcement on Adjustment of Funding Rate Rules for FILUSDT Perpetual Swap

In order to keep perpetual swap market price in line with the spot index price, the upper limit of the funding rate of the FILUSDT perpetual will be increased at 08:00 (UTC) on Oct 17, 2020 (The earliest settlement time for the adjusted fee rate is 0:00 on Oct. 18). The specific adjustment details are as follows:
1. Current funding rate rules of FILUSDT Perpetual Swap:
