Exclusive Event for Newly Invited Node Users

This event is exclusively for newly invited node users and is limited to their participation. A node invitee refers to users who register via a node referral link or enter a node invitation code during registration.

You must click the “Join Now” button and ensure you have successfully joined the event to be considered a valid participant. Otherwise, your participation will be deemed invalid.

Each task in this event is independent, and rewards will be calculated separately.

Event Rules:

• Event Duration: February 19, 2025, 15:00 (UTC+8) – March 19, 2025, 15:00 (UTC+8)

• Eligible Participants: New users who register via a node referral link during the event period.

• Rewards:

• First Deposit Bonus: Complete your first deposit during the event and receive a 10 USDT trading bonus.

• First Trade Bonus: Complete your first trade during the event and receive an additional 20 USDT trading bonus.

During the event period:

• First Deposit Bonus: Limited to 100 participants.

• First Trade Bonus: Limited to 70 participants.

The contract trial funds are valid for 7 days and must be activated within the validity period. If not activated in time, the trial fund voucher will expire and cannot be refunded.

Once a trial fund voucher is successfully activated, the activated trial funds will remain valid for 7 days. After the validity period, any remaining trial funds will be reclaimed by the platform and will not be refunded. Please use the trial funds within the valid period.

Participants who access the event page and join this event are deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions of this event.

Participation Rules:

• This event is limited to main accounts only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate, and their earnings will not be counted toward the main account’s rewards.

• Each user can only participate in one event at a time. If a user joins multiple events, rewards will be issued based on the latest registered event.

• This event does not constitute, nor should it be considered, a recommendation or investment advice for buying or selling any product. Digital assets are speculative and highly volatile, and they may become illiquid at any time. They are only suitable for investors with a high-risk tolerance. Investors in digital assets may lose their entire investment.

Reward Value and Market Fluctuations:

• The value of rewards may fluctuate. Due to price volatility, the value of your rewards may increase or decrease at any given time. OKX is not responsible for any fluctuations in the value of rewards due to market changes.

• Any applicable taxes, fees, and additional costs associated with accepting and using the rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

• The reward recipient is responsible for any and all applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses related to accepting and using the reward, including but not limited to connection, installation, and service fees.

Regional Restrictions:

Fraud Prevention and Compliance:

OKX will closely monitor participants’ activities to prevent cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to:

• Registering multiple accounts

• Using another person’s account or information to register

• Submitting false KYC (Know Your Customer) information

• Manipulating trading data

• Engaging in self-trading, wash trading, or circular trading

• Reusing on-chain funds

• Organizing groups to exploit event rewards without normal trading behavior

• Any other illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities

If any of the above behaviors are detected, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the participant from receiving rewards. In cases of rule violations, OKX may cancel the participant’s eligibility without prior notice.
