OKX will support the Pepper (PEPPER) airdrop for Chiliz (CHZ) holders in certain jurisdictions

OKX will only support Pepper (PEPPER) airdrops for Chiliz (CHZ) holders in certain jurisdictions. The distribution of airdrops, including PEPPER, on our platform is not guaranteed in any or all jurisdictions.

PEPPER airdrop rules on OKX

• Four airdrop snapshot times

  • First snapshot time: 12:00 am UTC on October 10, 2024.

  • Second snapshot time: 12:00 am UTC on October 17, 2024.

  • Third snapshot time: 12:00 am UTC on October 24, 2024.

  • Fourth snapshot time: 12:00 am UTC on October 31, 2024.

• Rules

  • Only OKX trading, funding, and Earn accounts with a CHZ balance of 100 or more are eligible for each airdrop. This minimum applies separately to each account.

  • Only CHZ successfully deposited into an OKX trading, funding, or Earn account as of a snapshot time will be included in the calculation. CHZ that has been withdrawn, is in the process of being withdrawn, or has not successfully been deposited at the time of a snapshot will not be included in the calculation.

  • Eligible OKX accounts will receive airdropped tokens at a ratio of 150,000 PEPPER to 1 CHZ.

  • Please note that if you have any outstanding CHZ loans, including the negative equity in your trading account's multi-currency margin mode, at the time of the snapshot, you will have to repay the loan using the airdropped tokens. It is recommended that you repay your CHZ loans in advance.

• Temporary suspension on depositing and withdrawing tokens

  • OKX will temporarily suspend CHZ deposits and withdrawals on the ERC20 network 24 hours before each snapshot time. Deposits and withdrawals on the ERC20 will be resumed subsequently after the snapshot time.

  • CHZ deposits and withdrawals on the Chiliz Chain will remain accessible for all users.

• Distribution timing

  • OKX will distribute PEPPER to eligible users after OKX has received all four airdrops of PEPPER from the issuer. OKX will make an additional announcement once the distribution to eligible OKX users is completed.

About trading the new crypto

At the time of this announcement, OKX does not support PEPPER’s spot trading. If OKX decides to support the crypto in the future, we will issue a separate announcement.
