    1. This promotion is applied to new or existing eligible OKX users participating in the promotion from Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine.
    2. You must complete KYC identity verification, select "Join now" button to be considered a valid participant of this campaign ("Referrer"). Otherwise, your participation will be void.
      1. Please note: only the "Join" button will change and become unclickable. All other buttons will remain the same regardless of your tasks completion status.
    4. OKX partners, participating in the Affiliate program are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

  2. Reward conditions:
    1. The total reward pool for this activity is 100,000 USDT available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
    2. Each Referrer may obtain up to a maximum of 10 USDT under this campaign.
    3. Please note that USDT rewards mentioned above are distributed under this promotional activity only and for selected users specified under point 2.a only.
    4. In addition to USDT rewards, a Referrer will also receive 1 Mystery Box for each Qualified Referral on OKX Platform and Race Points in the Telegram application OKX Racer.
    5. There is no limit on the number of Mystery Boxes each Referrer may receive under this campaign. The more Qualified Referrals referred, the more Mystery Boxes a Referrer will stand to receive.
    6. A "Qualified Referral" is a new OKX user who completes the following:
      1. signs up using a Referrer's referral link or code in the Telegram application OKX Racer;
      2. completes KYC identity verification within 7 days after signup;
    8. Rewards for "Qualified Referrals"
      1. The first 50 Qualified Referrals of a Referrer will receive 1 USDT, 10,000 Race Points and a Mystery box. If such Qualified Referral makes an Eligible Deposit in a single transaction, they will receive a second Mystery Box.
      2. All other Qualified Referrals (from 51st Qualified Referral onwards) of the same Referrer will receive 10,000 Race Points 1 Mystery Box. If such Qualified Referral makes a deposit of 50 USDT in any crypto or more in a single transaction, they will receive a second Mystery Box.
  4. Reward introduction:
    1. A "Mystery Box" may contain digital tokens or rebate cards as rewards of up to 50 USDT in value at the time of issuance, and each Mystery Box must be opened within 30 days from receipt via OKX App or it will expire. Currently, Mystery Boxes can be viewed on both app and web but can only be opened on app.
    2. You can view your Mystery Boxes earned on Referral > Invite history page, and view your rewards on Referral > Invite history page after opening Mystery Boxes.
    3. Rewards in USDT will be distributed within 21 working days after the end of the activity period. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
    4. RacePoints will be credited automatically to your OKX Racer account in Telegram mini-app upon successful completion of referral requirements.
    5. Mystery Boxes will be credited to a Referrer's account upon successful validation of Qualified Referrals.
    6. OKX may delay or withhold the distribution of Mystery Boxes or any reward in its absolute discretion. If you have not received your Mystery Box within 48 hours after your referrals become Qualified Referrals, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation.
    7. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the event, including bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activities in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  6. Valid deposit definition
    1. Eligible deposits include the following: Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, P2P transactions with merchants or credit card.
    2. Deposits by internal transfers and transactions with individual P2P sellers will be excluded.
    3. Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.
