HYPER TRADING Prize Pool 12.000 USDT

The total prize pool of the program, up to 12,000 USDT, will be calculated and unlocked based on the Trading Volume of all participants during the Competition Period.

Detailed prize as below:

1. Reward Introduction:

The Hyper Trading program consists of 2 competition categories, %PnL and Trading Volume.

In which, the total prize for each competition category will be equal to 50% of the total prize value of the program.

2. Prize Distribution:

At the end of the program, prizes will be distributed based on the order of participants on the leaderboard, with the following categories:

a/ %PnL Competition:

• • 1st place (1 prize) will receive 35% of the total prize share of the %PnL category
  • 2nd place (1 prize) will receive 20% of the total prize share of the %PnL category
  • 3rd place (1 prize) will receive 10% of the total prize share of the %PnL category
  • 4th to 10th place (7 prizes), each prize will receive 5% of the total prize share of the %PnL category
  • 11th to 30th place (20 prizes), each prize will receive 1 special gift box from HC Capital

b/ Trading Volume Competition:

• • 1st place (1 prize) will receive 35% of the total prize share of the Trading Volume category
  • 2nd place (1 prize) will receive 20% of the total prize share of the Trading Volume category
  • 3rd place (1 prize) will receive 10% of the total prize share of the Trading Volume category
  • 4th to 10th place (7 prizes), each prize will receive 5% of the total prize share of the Trading Volume category
  • 11th to 30th place (20 prizes), each prize will receive 1 special gift box from HC Capital

To receive the prize, participants must meet the following 3 basic conditions:

• • Have total assets worth more than 100 USDT in the account
  • Have %PnL > 0 at the end of the trading competition
  • Achieve a minimum of 100,000 USDT in trading volume

Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the competition ends. OKX reserves the right to delay reward distribution for any reason deemed necessary, such as large-scale risk control checks or other issues.

All fees and additional costs that may arise from installation and/or service expenses, as well as any taxes related to receiving and using the rewards, are the sole responsibility of the reward recipient.

OKX has the right to convert any reward into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent or lesser value. This may occur if platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions prevent participants from receiving specific campaign rewards, if OKX is unable to procure the rewards, or if OKX deems it necessary to convert the reward.

OKX also reserves the right to exclude users from participating in fraudulent or abusive activities during the event, including creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards and other activities related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Enrolment eligibility:

Users must click the "Join now" button and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.

This campaign is only available for affiliate invitees. Affiliate invitees are users who have registered using the affiliate's registration link or entered the affiliate's invitation code when registering.

Users must complete KYC identity verification to be eligible to receive rewards under this Competition.

Participation in this Competition is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

Asset qualification and trading volume criteria:

Asset qualification criteria: the participant's main trading account balance must reach at least 100 USDT at any point in time during the Competition Period (the period of time from the participant meeting this asset qualification criteria to the end of the Competition Period being the "P&L Period")

Trading volume criteria: The participant's USDT perpetual contract trading volume must be at least 100,000 USDT during the PnL Period, and will be used to calculate individual P&L and team P&L. If the trading volume does not meet the criteria, the score will be invalid, and unable to receive the reward.

This Competition is valid only if at least 40 qualified users participate. Otherwise, this Competition shall be automatically cancelled with no liability on OKX's part.

Valid Contracts

Only USDT perpetual swap trading pairs are eligible for this Trading Competition ("Eligible Contracts"). Trading volume from Eligible Contracts is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from eligible user’s own funds, excluding the use of platform rewards such as rebate card, contract vouchers etc.

P&L calculation formula:

• P&L% = P&L / (Initial Equity + Total Deposit Amount) * 100%
• P&L = [unrealised P&L + realised P&L - initial unrealised P&L]

"Initial Equity" means the USDT balance in a participant's main trading account during the first five (5) minutes of the competition period or enrolment time, whichever later. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the PnL Period will not affect the calculation of Initial Equity.

"Total Deposit Amount" means the sum of (a) any USDT transferred from the participant's non-trading OKX accounts to their main OKX trading account during the Competition Period, (b) any USDT the participant obtains from spot trades in their main trading account during the Competition Period; AND (c) any USDT the participant obtains from contract vouchers during the Competition Period. For clarity, any withdrawals or losses of USDT from/in the participant's main trading account during the Competition Period will not affect the calculation of the Total Deposit Amount.

Before the participant achieves the asset qualification criteria, the P&L% will be calculated by using the asset qualification threshold instead of the participant's (initial equity + total deposit amount). After the participant achieves the asset qualification criteria, the P&L% will be calculated by (initial equity + total deposit amount).

"Initial unrealised P&L" means the value of the participant's open USDT perpetual swap positions at the beginning of the Competition Period.

By default, users who visit the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the campaign’s Terms and Conditions.

Participation in this campaign is limited to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible. Earnings from sub-accounts will not be included in the main account’s earnings.

Each user can only participate in one campaign at a time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last registered campaign will be rewarded.

During the campaign, OKX will closely monitor traders to prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people’s accounts, using other people’s information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously inflating trading data, engaging in money laundering or wash trades, violating the campaign’s terms and conditions, violating local regulatory rules for transactions, and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. If any of the above actions are detected by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from receiving rewards.

Notwithstanding anything contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from the campaign without prior notice.
