XRP, ETC, BSV, and TRX Futures Trading System Maintenance

Dear valued customers,

To ensure the highest security and performance levels for our services, we’re applying an update on our XRP, ETC, BSV, and TRX futures trading system.

Maintenance schedule and affected services:

• 4:30am-4:45am September 19, 2019 (CEST, UTC+2)
• XRP, ETC, BSV, and TRX futures trading suspension

The update will take approximately 15 minutes. During the maintenance procedure, XRP, ETC, BSV and TRX futures trading will be paused and order placement will be disabled temporarily. Users can still add margin and transfer funds in and out of their futures account. The trading services of other futures contracts will remain normal.

We strongly recommend you to take necessary risk management measures to avoid any unexpected market volatility, such as reducing your positions and adding margin. The maintenance schedule may change if extreme market volatility occurs, please stay tuned to our website and social channels for latest updates.
