1. The "PENGU Trade and Earn" promotion starts on 18 December 2024 at 12:00pm UTC and ends on 8 January 2025 at 11:59pm UTC (the "Promotion Period")
2. This promotion is open to fully KYC-verified OKX users in non-restricted jurisdictions (see Clause 6 of platform rules for restricted areas).

1. The "Refer and Earn PENGU" on 18 December 2024 at 12:00pm UTC and ends on 8 January 2025 at 11:59pm UTC (the "Promotion Period")
2. This promotion is only for eligible new and existing users who:

4. Eligible users with a deposit of at least 100 USDT and an accumulated trading volume of > 100 USDT in $PENGU and referring a friend successfully will be rewarded $PENGU, up to 5 referrals. The total prize pool for the "Refer and Earn PENGU" promotion is 20,000,000 $PENGU on a first come first serve basis.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
2. Transactions that have participated in other benefits of the platform will not be counted in the performance of this event, including but not limited to USDC free handling fees.

During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are found, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
6. Please note that the value of the prize may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw to the actual withdrawal time based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may experience an increase or decrease in value of your assets at any given moment.
7. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted. The reward will be converted at the opening price on the OKX exchange.
