Ethereum (ETH) Perpetual Swap Trading System Upgrade

Dear valued customers,

We will implement an upgrade on our Ethereum (ETH) perpetual swap trading system at 03:00 Oct 30, 2019 (UTC).

The update will take approximately 30 minutes. During the upgrade, perpetual trading of the asset will be paused, and users will not be able to place orders, add margin, or transfer funds in and out of their ETH perpetual swap accounts temporarily. The trading services of other perpetual contracts will remain normal.

We strongly recommend you take necessary risk management measures to avoid any unexpected market volatility, such as reducing your positions and adding margin.

In case of unexpected market volatility, the upgrade may be postponed for the best interest of our users. Please stay tuned to our website and social channels for the latest updates.
