Campaign Period:

This is a limited-time offer from September 26 2025 12:00 SGT to October 31 2025 23:59 SGT. Only users who are registered with OKX SG Pte. Ltd. (OKX Singapore) on or after the start of the campaign period and have completed the Accredited Investor verification flow are eligible for the rewards.

Rewards Eligibility and Distribution:

1. An Accredited Investor is a person who meets the requirements set by MAS and has opted in to be treated as such by their financial institution.
2. To be eligible for rewards, users must complete identity verification and Accredited Investor verification, and complete the required campaign tasks before the end of the campaign period. In addition, users must enrol in the campaign by clicking the 'Join Now' button.
3. Users who complete the campaign tasks will receive their rewards within 3 hours upon task completion. Only actions taken between the time users join the campaign and the end of the campaign will count towards task completion.
4. All rewards are distributed in USDC, based on an exchange rate of 1 SGD = 0.8 USDC.
5. All rewards, including the limited-edition McLaren x OKX co-branded coffee cup, are available while stocks last on a first-come, first-served basis. Winners of the McLaren x OKX Coffee Cup will be notified individually via email within 14 days following the conclusion of the Campaign Period. Winners will receive further instructions regarding gift redemption arrangements.

7. Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
8. During the promotion period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of participants to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the reward.
9. We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
