Campaign eligibility:

• Campaign Period: 14 Feb 12:00 - 24 Feb 12:00 (10 days) UTC+8

• This campaign is only available for selected users to invite new users to join OKX. Crypto gifts are only given to eligible crypto gift recipients meeting the following requirements.

  • The invited crypto gift recipient must not be an existing OKX user, and must register with OKX and complete identity verification within the campaign period via the gift link.

  • Each crypto gift recipient must complete at least one deposit (excluding internal transfer) within the campaign period.

  • Only the first 5 crypto gift recipients that claimed the gift from the same invitor and met the task requirements are eligible to receive the gift.

• Eligible crypto gift recipients must collect the gift within the campaign period. Otherwise the gift would expire.

• OKX customers whose registered identity verification record reflects the following jurisdictions as country of residence (COR) are NOT eligible to participate:

  • Brazil, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Canada, United States, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and other Restricted Locations (as defined in OKX's Terms of Service).

General terms and conditions:

• By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.

• We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.

• Please note that the value of the rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.

• Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

• Each user can only participate in one campaign at any one time. If a user participates in multiple campaigns, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.

• Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.

• Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.

• During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

• OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value.
