BCH Futures Trading System Maintenance

Dear valued customers,

Recently, we have updated our TRX, XRP, BSV, and ETC futures trading system in order to ensure the highest security and performance levels for our services. To further enhance the trading services, we will also be applying an upgrade to our BCH futures trading system at 05:00 Sept 23, 2019 (CEST, UTC+2).

The update will take approximately 30 minutes. During the maintenance procedure, BCH futures trading will be paused and order placement will be disabled temporarily. Users can still add margin and transfer funds in and out of their futures account. The trading services of other futures contracts will remain normal.

We strongly recommend you to take necessary risk management measures to avoid any unexpected market volatility, such as reducing your positions and adding margin. The maintenance schedule may change if extreme market volatility occurs, please stay tuned to our website and social channels for latest updates.
