1. This campaign shall commence on June 10th, 2024, 15:00 UTC+3 - June 30th, 2024, 15:00 UTC+3.
2. The local currency eligible for this campaign is ARS, COP, MXN, PEN, CLP and VES.
3. To participate in this campaign, all users must complete identity verification. The invited users must buy at least 20 USDT (or equivalent) on OKX P2P within 14 days after signing up to become qualified referrals.
4. To participate in this referral campaign, users must click Join now and complete all the relevant requirements. Users who fail to meet all the requirements will not be eligible to receive the rewards.
5. By default, users who enter the referral campaign page and participate in this campaign have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
6. Participation in the campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

12. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in laundering trades, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in your OKX membership status being downgraded, account frozen or termination of membership.
13. Each user can only participate in one new-user campaign at any one time. New-user activities are limited to those who have not traded on the platform before registering. If a user participates in multiple activities, only the last campaign registered will be rewarded.
14. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.
15. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behavior of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false identity verification information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the prize.
16. OKX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this referral campaign in a manner it deems appropriate, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
17. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participants from this referral campaign and/or cancel this referral campaign without notice.
18. In case of any disputes, OKX reserves the right to final interpretations of all activities in this referral campaign.
19. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
