1. Applicability: These Terms and Conditions are applicable to the "Argentina to Mexico 2024 Campaign" draw (“Promotion”) sponsored by Aux Cayes FinTech Co. Ltd. ("OKX" or “Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period: From September 13th, 2024 (13:00, Argentina time) to October 7th, 2024 (23:59, Argentina time).
3. Eligibility Criteria: The Promotion is open only to Argentinian users in Argentina above 18 years old with a valid passport who were approved in the KYC process of OKX.

         • This will earn you 3 additional entries into the draw.
         • To be eligible for the additional entries, the participant must maintain a net deposit of at least 10 USDT in their account until 5 days after the end of the campaign. Net deposit is calculated as the deposit amount minus any withdrawals.

7. 1. Each participant can accumulate a maximum of 6 entries: (i) 1 entry for completing the registration, (ii) 2 for social media engagement, and (iii) 3 for a qualifying crypto deposit.
   2. Eligible deposits include the following: Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, P2P transactions with merchants or credit card. Deposits by internal transfers and transactions with individual P2P sellers will be excluded. Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.
   3. There is no cost to meet or related to the Eligibility Criteria. The Promotion is applicable only in Argentina. Employees of Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. The Sponsor will not assign Prize to those Participants who do not meet the requirements.
   4. The Promotion must be entered by the Participants who meet the Eligibility Criteria. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You are responsible for any access, usage, and postage costs, if applicable.
8. Prize Details: Each one of the 6 (six) Winners will receive:
9. 1. 1 (one) ticket for Main Grandstand and Speed Lounge, which will be held on October 25th, 26th, and 27th, 2024.
   2. 1 (one) air ticket, in economy class, round trip, from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Mexico City, Mexico.
   3. Transfer from the winner`s home in Buenos Aires to the airport and vice versa.
   4. Transfer costs up to USD 200 in case the winner does not have a residence in Buenos Aires.
   5. Accommodation in a Mexico City hotel during the event.
   6. Medical insurance during the trip.
   7. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of Prize award. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. Prize is non-transferable. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the Winner’s sole responsibility. Prize does not include any other benefit, good, service, expense, fee, tax, contribution, meal, or drinks not expressly listed in these Terms and Conditions.
10. Winner selection, notification, and substitution: The odds of winning for sweepstakes Promotions depend on the number of eligible entries received. The draw will be carried out through a computer tool that will randomly select the Winners.
11. 1. 6 (six) Winners will be selected and 10 (ten) additional Participants will also be selected as potential substitute Winners, in the event that one or more of the Winners chosen do not meet the requirements to participate in the Promotion or the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions for the allocation of the Prize.
    2. Winners will be disclosed on October 11th, 2024 at OKX_Argentina Instagram and will be notified via direct electronic messaging within five (5) days following the Winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices unless due solely to Sponsor’s gross negligence. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to provide the Sponsor with any document required (including but not limited to a valid passport to enter Mexico) within 72 hours from the Sponsor's request, Prize shall be forfeited and a substitute winner will be selected based on the draw ranking order. In this case, the Winner will not have the right to claim any compensation or indemnification. If the first substitute winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to provide the Sponsor with any document required, the Prize shall be forfeited and the second substitute winner will be selected based on the draw ranking order and so on until we have 4 (four) Winners.
    3. The Prize will be delivered in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The Winner must record the acceptance of the Prize by the means indicated by the Sponsor and sign the receipt of the Prize.
    4. The same Participant may not win or benefit from more than one Prize.

8. Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion should any cause beyond Sponsor’s direct control adversely affect the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who adversely affects the Promotion, the Sponsor’s website, or violates these Terms and Conditions, from this and any future promotions offered by Sponsor. Failure to allow or otherwise enable direct communication from Sponsor for the purposes of Winner notification shall also disqualify an entry.

9. No Multiple Entries: Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Promotion by void entries for any adverse reason including but not limited to multiple entries from the same user regardless of IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Promotion rules, or the use of bots, macros, scripts or other automated means for entering.

10. Image Use: Participation in the Promotion implies the express authorization of the Participant for the public dissemination, transmission, retransmission, reproduction, or publication of photographs, images, or image recordings, voice, and personal data of the Participant, in any and all media. of communication (visual, audio, or other including presentations by air television, antenna, cable, satellite, radio, Internet, etc.) for any purpose, during the Promotion Period and until three (3) years after its termination, without that the Participant has the right to claim compensation, consideration or any compensation. The Winners, as a condition to be entitled to the allocation of the Prize, must sign the additional documents related to the preceding authorization required by the Sponsor and attend the photography or filming sessions established by the Sponsor.

11. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, resulting from your participation in the Promotion.
12. 1. The Sponsor does not grant any guarantee, other than that established by Law 24,240 on Consumer Protection, in relation to the Prize offered. Also, the Sponsor will not be responsible for internet failures, errors of the Participants, or reasons for force majeure or fortuitous events that could suspend, interrupt, or alter the development of the Promotion. Nor for any damage or harm, of any kind whatsoever, that the Winners may suffer, to their persons or property, in relation to the inappropriate use of the Prize.
    2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, McLaren shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the competition, or any prize for any indirect, special on consequential loss or damage and shall not be liable for any injury or damages arising from the use of the prize(s).

12. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions: Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as decisions adopted by the Sponsor.

13. Governing Law and Disputes Resolution: The Promotion is governed by the Laws of Argentina, without respect to its conflict of laws doctrine. As a condition of participating in the Promotion, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion shall be determined by the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. In any such dispute, you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than Participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses to enter the Promotion.
14. Data Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy set forth on the OKX website.

If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
7. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
