- This promotion is applied to new or existing eligible OKX users who have not yet made their first deposit before participating in the promotion from Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine.
- You must complete KYC identity verification, select "Join now" button and receive a message that you have successfully joined to be considered a valid participant of this campaign ("Referrer"). Otherwise, your participation will be void.
- Participation in this campaign is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
- Each Referrer may obtain 15 USDT Bitcoin (BTC)under this campaign.
- The rate used for BTC is $66,707.09. However, OKX reserves the right to change the rate used for rewards calculation.
- There is 1 Tier of BTC rewards for Referrer:
- To receive 15 USDT in BTC, a Referrer must invite at least 5 Qualified Referrals using the Referrer's referral link or code
- In addition to BTC rewards, a Referrer will also receive 1 Mystery Box for each Qualified Referral invited using the Referrer's referral link or code.
- There is no limit on the number of Mystery Boxes each Referrer may receive under this campaign. The more Qualified Referrals referred, the more Mystery Boxes a Referrer will stand to receive.
- A "Qualified Referral" is a new OKX user who completes the following:
- signs up using a Referrer's referral link or code;
- completes KYC identity verification within 7 days after signup;
- Rewards for "Qualified Referrals"
- The first 20 Qualified Referrals of a Referrer will receive 7 USDT in BTC and 1 Mystery Box. If such Qualified Referral makes an Eligible Deposit in a single transaction, they will receive a second Mystery Box.
- All other Qualified Referrals (from 21st Qualified Referral onwards) of the same Referrer will receive 1 Mystery Box. If such Qualified Referral makes an Eligible Deposit in a single transaction, they will receive a second Mystery Box.
- An "Eligible Deposit" means a deposit to an OKX main account of at least 50 USDT in value in a single transaction made within 14 days after signing up with OKX. This includes Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, Credit card, or P2P transactions by P2P Express or P2P Marketplace but excludes deposits made by internal transfers or P2P transactions made by share link or QR code. Eligible Deposits are not limited by cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT values based on the closing price on the deposit date.
- A "Mystery Box" may contain digital tokens or rebate cards as rewards of up to 50 USDT in value at the time of issuance, and each Mystery Box must be opened within 30 days from receipt via OKX App or it will expire. Currently, Mystery Boxes can be viewed on both app and web but can only be opened on app.
- You can view your Mystery Boxes earned on Referral > Invite history page, and view your rewards on Referral > Invite history page after opening Mystery Boxes.
- Rewards in BTC will be distributed within 21 working days after the end of the campaign period.
- Mystery Boxes will be credited to a Referrer's account upon successful validation of Qualified Referrals.
- OKX may delay or withhold the distribution of Mystery Boxes or any reward in its absolute discretion. If you have not received your Mystery Box or BTC reward within 48 hours after your referrals become Qualified Referrals, please contact customer service, and we will actively follow up on the situation.
- OKX has the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or OKX's terms of service.
