Activity participation requirements

• You must click the "Join now" button and and make sure the button is changed to "Enrolled" to be considered a valid participant of the event. Otherwise, your participation will be void.
• This campaign is only available for Arbitech new affiliate invitees who have not traded on the platform before registering for the event. Affiliate Invitees are users who have completed registration via the affiliate registration link or entered the affiliate invitation code when registering.
• New users must complete verification within 7 days of registration to receive the mystery box prize.
• Only users who have not made their first time trade ("FTT") with OKX can participate in this activity.
• Only users who complete all promotion conditions within the Promotion Period, and have completed OKX's KYC identity verification, are eligible for a claim of reward. Check your status <here>.
• Participation in this activity is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate and the earnings of sub-accounts are not included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.

Prize eligibility requirements

• Refer to the requirements above, and complete the corresponding task to get the corresponding reward.
• Participants must have a net deposit of at least 50 USDT during the campaign period to be considered as eligible for rewards. (Net deposit = eligible deposit – withdrawal)
• Eligible deposits include the following: Crypto Deposit via external wallet transfer and Buy Crypto via Fiat gateway, Credit card, or P2P transactions by P2P Express or P2P Marketplace.
• Deposits by internal transfers and P2P transactions made by share link or qr code will be excluded.
• Eligible deposits aren't limited to cryptocurrency types and will be converted to USDT prices based on the closing price on the deposit date.
• Trading volume includes both Derivative trading and Spot trading volume during the activity period.
• Trades made with other OKX rewards or perks won't be counted as valid trades for this campaign, including but not limited to trades using rebate cards, contract vouchers, transaction fee waivers, etc.
• There are no restrictions on the amount of valid trades in terms of currency pairs and transaction types.
• At any one time, a single user can only participate in one new user activity that is limited to those who have not traded on the platform prior to registering for the activity. If user participates in multiple activities, only the last activity registered will be rewarded.
• All displayed data on the page is not real-time data and will have a certain delay. If the page is not updated, please wait for a period of time and return to refresh the page to view the data.
• The maximum prize pool for this campaign is 100,000 USDT. The rewards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last and until fully distributed.

Reward distribution method

• Rewards will be issued within 30 days after the end of the campaign. The platform has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason it deems necessary in its discretion, such as large-scale risk control checks and other issues.
• The reward is a futures credits, and is available while stocks last. The futures credits is valid for 30 days. For rules and more information, see here.
• For non-cryptocurrency rewards, OKX will contact the winner via email for confirmation of reward delivery. Should the recipient fail to respond to OKX's email within 72 hours, the recipient is deemed to forfeit the reward. The reward can be exchanged for USDT at an equivalent value based on the table below, should the winner elect to receive it in tokens.

• New user rewards can be credited to the account in real time after receiving the mystery box, while trading rewards will be distributed within 30 working days after the campaign ends.
• OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent value or less value. This may happen in cases where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause participants to be ineligible for certain campaign rewards, where OKX is unable to procure the prizes for the participants, or in any case that OKX deems in its full discretion that it is necessary for the rewards to be converted.

6. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
7. According to local laws and regulations, users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in this campaign: please refer to clause 2.2 of OKX's Terms of Service.
8. During the campaign period, OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts, using other people's information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.
9. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice.

OKX reserves the right to determine and amend the rules of the campaign at any time without further notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extending or terminating this campaign, modifying the eligibility conditions for users participating in the campaign, and adjusting the campaign and reward rules. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms.
